Just as important, you can rest easy knowing that we will stand behind our products for a lifetime. As the nation’s largest home remodeler, we will be there to service any defects in material and workmanship.* We are committed to making sure your new windows, doors, and siding is properly maintained for the long-term.

Limited Lifetime Transferable Warranty

Subject to the limitations and exclusions on reverse side, Window World (“Company”) warrants to the original purchaser/property owner (“Owner”) and, if any, Owner’s immediate transferee, excluding all other subsequent transferees, that any basic window installed by the Company is free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the Owner or Owner’s immediate transferee resides in the home in which the windows are installed.

Vinyl Parts Warranty – Under normal use, the vinyl components of the window will not blister, peel, rot, or corrode.

Mechanical Parts Warranty – All mechanical parts (locks, vent locks, balances) are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. Replacement parts will be supplied at no charge.

Insulated Glass Warranty – The sealed insulated glass unit is warranted against defects resulting in material obstruction of vision from film formation caused by dust or moisture in the dead air space of the sealed unit for the life of the window. If the glass unit fails, the Company will provide the Owner with a replacement insulated glass unit at no extra charge.

Glass Breakage Warranty – The Company will provide the Owner with a replacement insulated glass unit in the event of accidental glass breakage, with the purchase of Solarzone™ Glass Package. Exclusions listed below apply.

Labor Warranty – our warranty includes a lifetime warranty on the installation work, for both labor and workmanship, associated with any errors deemed Window World’s responsibility. This includes the same lifetime warranty as the Window World manufacturer’s product and labor warranty. Window World will not charge for any labor that would be required to come to the homeowner’s site to review, assess or perform the work needed under this contract’s warranty. In addition, this installation warranty also includes the same transferable warranty to the Owner’s immediate transferee provided the Company is notified of transfer within thirty (30) days of the property’s transfer date for a fee of $250. The transfer request will need to include theoriginal Owner’s name and address of product installation, transferee’s name, address, telephone number and the Window World location responsible for the installation.

Transferable Warranty – This warranty may be transferred to the Owner’s immediate transferee provided the transferee notifies the Company, in writing, at the address below, within 30 days of the property’s transfer date. The correspondence must include a transfer fee of $250, the original Owner’s name and address, transferee’s name and address, and the World World location responsible for the installation.

General Limitations and Exclusions

1. Acts of God (hurricanes, tornadoes, flood, etc.) Acts of war, fire, stress resulting from localized heat, modifications, and vandalism are not covered by this warranty.
2. Color variances may occur between replacement parts and weathered original material.
3. This warranty is exclusively for windows installed by the Company. Any additional products, such as doors, installed by the Company, in conjunction with the window contract/installation will carry the warranty provided by the manufacturer.
4. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you many also have other rights which vary from state to state.

With the Purchase of a Maintenance Agreement

1. Re-Seal Windows as needed, including resetting windows and repairing caulk/trim if needed.
2. Replace screen fabric as needed.
3. Upon request, assess/maintain operation components of windows.
4. Includes lubricating balances, inspecting weep holes for proper drainage, examining windows for glazing integrity, and checking locks, bulb seals, weather-stripping and vent locks.
5. Provide a summary of work performed.
6. Priority service scheduled within three (3) business days.
